Who we serve

We do not claim every industry. These are the sectors whose obligations we know well enough to be quick.

Common questions

Not answered here? Ask us directly: we would rather explain it than have you guess.

Our industry is not listed. Does that mean you cannot help?

Not necessarily, but we would rather be honest about it than add a page for every sector. The underlying work (audit, CFO, accounting, payroll, sales tax) applies broadly. What differs is how quickly we get up to speed. Call and describe what you need; if it is outside where we add value, we will say so and try to point you somewhere better.

Why do most firms list twenty industries and you list six?

Because listing an industry costs nothing and means nothing. What matters is whether the firm has actually done the work often enough to know where the problems are before you hit them. We would rather be demonstrably strong in six sectors than nominally present in twenty.

How do we start?

Book a scoping call using the form on this page, or call us. We will ask what you need, who is asking you for it, and what condition your records are in, then tell you what the engagement involves and what it will cost before anything begins.

Book a scoping call

Twenty minutes, no charge. Tell us what you need and we will tell you what it involves, what it will take, and whether we are the right fit for it.

  • A short call with the person who would actually do the work.
  • A clear scope and a fixed quote before anything begins.
  • We reply to every enquiry within one business day.

The California compliance calendar

Every filing a Los Angeles business, nonprofit or association owes in a year, in date order, with the statute beside it. One page, so it can go on a wall.

  • Federal, California and Los Angeles County dates in a single sequence
  • Entity by entity, so you only read your own rows
  • The citation for each date, so you can check it yourself
  • Reviewed and dated, and reissued when a date moves

There is no instant download. A person sends it, usually the same working day.
